Alex combines her love for movement, research, and the human body into her work as a physiotherapist. She completed both her BSc in Human and Cellular Physiology and her Master of Physical Therapy at UBC, bringing together a strong foundation in science with practical experience in personal training.
She enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities—from older adults and people with chronic health conditions to athletes and weekend warriors—using an evidence-informed approach paired with functional, accessible exercises. Alex is passionate about helping people discover how simple, meaningful movement can support their goals and improve their daily lives.
Originally from the Rocky Mountains of Alberta, Alex now loves exploring the West Coast through weightlifting, running, swimming, and hiking Vancouver’s ocean–mountain trails.
