The entrance is directly on 13th street, where you’ll find elevators that will take you up to the third floor. When you arrive on the third floor, you’ll walk to your left and find our unit on the right side #306.

There are limited 1-2 hour parking around the neighbourhood on a 2-3 block radius. There is also paid parking underneath whole foods, but can get validated if you purchase anything there.

Appointments

Your initial session is 60 minutes long and your next sessions are generally 30 minutes long with our Physiotherapists. Your initial session is 60 minutes long with your RMT and returning sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes.

Your initial appointment involves a comprehensive assessment of your movement patterns and specific areas relevant to your goals. Following the assessment, your therapist will allocate the remaining session time to deliver the necessary treatments tailored to your individual needs.

Your therapist will be able to provide you with an outline and plan with how many visits you may need.

To ensure smooth scheduling and out of consideration for our therapists' time, we kindly request cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours before your session. Any changes made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

Yes, we do direct billing to all major third party service providers.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to tell you when your benefits are about to run out. We don’t have access to your benefits information due to privacy, but you are able to access this information by contacting your extended health insurance company directly.

We accept ICBC cases, please make sure you have all your information with you. Unfortunately we do not accept Worksafe cases.
