Physiotherapist
MSc PT, BSc Kin
Christina completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta in 2007 and has since built her career in private practice, focusing on orthopedic and musculoskeletal care. She is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapists (FCAMPT) and brings extensive experience as both a physiotherapist and former kinesiologist.
With certifications in Clinical Pilates, acupuncture, and dry needling, Christina uses a personalized, multi-modal approach—integrating manual therapy, Pilates, needling, and functional exercise—to help clients move better and stay injury-free. As a mom of two, she has a special interest in supporting pre- and post-natal clients through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. She also speaks Cantonese and conversational Mandarin.
An active lifestyle has always been at the heart of who she is. Outside the clinic, Christina enjoys time with her family, dancing, playing field hockey, staying active outdoors, and travelling. Inspired by the mentors who shaped her early career, she now pays it forward as an educator and mentor, continually learning from the clients and community she serves.
