Christina is a physiotherapist who helps clients move with more confidence, strength, and ease. She completed her Master of Physical Therapy at Western University and has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.

Her approach is individualized and client-centered, combining hands-on therapy, IMS, and exercise-based rehabilitation to help address the root causes of pain and support long-term recovery. Christina is also currently completing her Clinical Pilates training, which she incorporates to support movement control, strength, and confidence.

Christina is passionate about helping clients return to the activities that matter most to them — whether that’s sport, work, or everyday life. She especially enjoys supporting people who have been living with pain for a long time and helping them rebuild trust in their movement again.
