Diana
Pham

Physiotherapist
MPT, BKin

Diana's path to physiotherapy was shaped by a lifelong passion for movement, resilience, and sport. As a former Team Canada dragon boat athlete who faced and overcame multiple sports injuries, she gained first-hand insight into the transformative power of rehabilitation and performance training.

She holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology and earned her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario. Diana has completed advanced training through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, including Level 1 and 2 Upper Orthopaedic courses, as well as certifications in dry needling and Clinical Pilates. She is currently expanding her expertise in scoliosis and orthopaedic care.

Whether supporting elite athletes or helping clients return to everyday movement, Diana is committed to helping people move with confidence, strength, and purpose.

Treatment Philosophy

Diana takes a personalized, movement-focused approach to physiotherapy, combining manual therapy, exercise, and education to help clients reach their goals. Her own experience with sports injuries—including competing for Team Canada in dragon boating—informs her empathetic and practical style of care.

She has a special interest in scoliosis management and has completed training in the Schroth Method to address the lack of accessible care in this area. With a background as an athletic trainer, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor, Diana supports clients of all levels in building strength, confidence, and long-term resilience.
